NORA was co-founded by Ariyana Hernandez - CEO & Stephan Hernandez - CCO. Having worked agency-side with large global brands Disney & Virgin, client-side with Perricone MD & Bloomingdale’s, and with pre and post launch startups, our team has a unique perspective on how to scale brands in today's landscape. Known for identifying the connectivity between activities, clearly seeing potentially untapped opportunities, and being partnership sleuths, we bring our unique skill-set to each agency project.
